Open Reports → Overview to turn results from your website, content, email, social channels, and ads into one practical view. It helps you spot momentum, find the work earning attention, and notice when a source has stopped reporting.
Select Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days. The dashboard totals, trend, channel table, top performers, and data check all update for that period.
Each KPI card compares the selected period with the immediately preceding equivalent period. A percentage shows the change; New appears when the current period has activity and the previous one had none.
The top row gives you five shared measures across the sources that reported during the period:
Select any KPI card to show that measure in the Day by day chart.
Important: Overview displays Spent and Earned as numeric totals without converting or labelling a currency. Combine or compare those totals only when the underlying sources use the same currency.
The By channel table applies the same five measures to Ads, Social, Email, Website, and Other. Use it to see where exposure, response, conversions, spend, and value are accumulating before you decide where to focus next.
Different channels report different kinds of activity. Treat the table as a direction-finder, then use the connected platform when you need its most detailed definition or breakdown.
Top performers ranks up to five ads, posts, and pages by Interactions during the selected period. This is useful for finding an angle, page, or piece of content worth extending, adapting, or using as a starting point for the next campaign.
An item with no interactions does not appear in this list.
Use Data check before making a decision from an unexpected number. It shows each reporting source, its Last day with data, and the current Days recorded count.
If one source has an older date than the others, its connection or collection may need attention. If every source is current but a total still looks different from the source platform, remember that platforms can use different metric definitions and reporting cutoffs.
Overview updates on a daily cycle rather than as a live counter. Activity from today can appear after the next daily collection and rollup.
Overview appears after a published ProfitJam page or a connected reporting source has produced data. Publish the relevant work or connect the channel, then allow the next daily collection to run.
Today may still be in progress, and each source is collected on a daily schedule. Check Last day with data after the next collection cycle.
ProfitJam uses one shared exposure column across channels. A source may contribute impressions, sends, views, or page views, while its own interface may reserve “reach” for a different or unique-person calculation.
