A ProfitJam social post starts with one canonical message, then becomes channel-specific versions for the networks you choose. You keep one clear idea and call to action while ProfitJam reshapes the writing for each channel's style.

You can create a social post on its own from Content, or add one inside a campaign. Either way, the post has its own editor, channel choices, publishing times, and status.

Start the post

  1. Open Content and select Create.
  2. Choose Social post.
  3. On Pick a topic, select a ready-made Business Brain angle, or choose Write your own for a blank post.
  4. If you chose a topic, select how much help you want ProfitJam to provide and let it draft the post.

A ready-made topic brings your Business Brain audience, offer, positioning, and voice into the draft. Write your own opens the same editor without generating copy first.

To add the post to an existing campaign, open that campaign, select Create, and choose Social post from Add a piece to this campaign.

Write the canonical message

Use the Write view for the main message every channel inherits.

  1. Edit the post text in the central preview.
  2. Add an image or video from Library, select Generate for an image, or use Create design for an editable branded design.
  3. In Channels, turn on the connected networks you want to prepare.
  4. Select Save.

Treat the canonical message as the source of truth. Get the hook, promise, and call to action right here before adapting it.

Adapt and review each channel

Select Adapt & Review, then choose Adapt to platforms. ProfitJam creates a version for each network turned on in Channels.

Review the versions in their channel previews. You can edit each one directly, use Regenerate from canonical for one channel, or select Re-adapt all platforms to refresh the set.

If you change the canonical message after adapting, ProfitJam marks the older versions as stale. Re-adapt them before publishing so every channel reflects the latest source message.

Publish now or schedule

Select Publish when the post and its channel versions are ready.

  1. Under Where to publish, select the connected channels for this publication.
  2. Choose the Page, account, board, or author where the window asks for a destination.
  3. Check the copy badge for every selected channel:
  • Adapted variant means the saved channel version will be used.
  • Will use canonical text means the main post will be used.
  1. Check the character count and resolve any warning.
  2. Choose Publish now, ASAP, Blend with my schedule, or Pick a time.
  3. Review the per-channel result and confirm.

ProfitJam creates a separate placement for each selected channel. That lets one channel publish immediately while another uses its own scheduled time, destination, and status.

Follow the status

After publishing starts, the right-side Channels panel becomes Per-platform status. Use it to see which placements are scheduled, publishing, published, or failed.

One channel can finish before another. A failure on one placement does not erase the versions or results for the others.

Common questions

Do I have to adapt every channel version?

No. When a channel has no saved version, the publish window shows Will use canonical text and uses the main post. Adapt when the channel benefits from different length, structure, or wording.

Can I edit an adapted version myself?

Yes. Open Adapt & Review and edit the text directly in that channel's preview. Save before publishing.

What happens when I edit the canonical after adapting?

ProfitJam marks the older channel versions as stale. Select Re-adapt all platforms or regenerate the affected channel from the canonical message.

Can one post go to several channels?

Yes. Select all of the connected channels you want under Where to publish. ProfitJam creates and tracks a separate placement for each one.

Can a campaign publish all its social posts at once?

No. Open each social post and make its publishing decision there. This keeps its final versions, destinations, and timing explicit.
