ProfitJam gives each piece of content its own publishing decision. Send it now, take the next sensible opening, blend it into your existing queue, or choose the date and time yourself. Then use Calendar to see what is coming and make changes without rebuilding the content.
Open a social post, blog post, or one-off email and select Publish. Choose the timing that matches the job:
ProfitJam resolves the proposed slot before you confirm. A social post going to several destinations can receive a different time for each one, so review the Per-platform schedule and any warnings shown in the publish window.
Important: ASAP, Blend with my schedule, and best-time suggestions currently calculate quiet hours and engagement windows in UTC. Always review the resolved date and time before confirming, especially when your audience is in another time zone.
Open Schedule in the main menu to reach Calendar. It brings dated social, blog, and one-off email placements into one view.
Use the controls at the top to:
The List view also lets you choose a useful range, such as this week, the next seven days, this month, a recent period, or all dates.
Each destination appears as its own calendar item. For example, one social post scheduled for two platforms produces two placements, which can publish or fail independently. Cancelled placements disappear from Calendar. Emails that belong to a Sequence are also excluded because the Sequence trigger controls their delivery rather than a fixed calendar date.
Select a calendar item to see the actions available for its current state:
You can also reopen scheduled content and use Change time in its publishing window. When you confirm a new publishing choice for the same content, ProfitJam cancels its earlier pending placements and replaces them with the new decision. This prevents the old and new schedules from both publishing.
Already-published content is different: the publishing window offers Republish now rather than another future schedule.
Important: If ProfitJam says a failed attempt may already have published, check the destination first. Open the content and use its status panel only after you know another attempt will not create a duplicate.
ProfitJam schedules each selected platform separately. ASAP and Blend with my schedule consider the queue and timing guidance for each platform rather than forcing every destination into one slot.
Open the item and read the message beside the failed destination. Fix the issue it identifies, then choose Retry now for an immediate attempt or Reschedule for a future one.
Use the item's Reschedule action to move it. Calendar does not currently use drag-and-drop rescheduling.
