The Business Brain is the working context ProfitJam uses to understand your business before it creates anything. It brings together what you do, who you serve, what you sell, how you sound, and the marketing direction that follows from those facts.
Open Studio → Business Brain → Overview to see its 17 customer-facing sections. The overview shows what is building, what needs an answer, and what is complete. When a section is complete, open it to review or refine what ProfitJam knows.
Your Business is the foundation: what the business does, who it serves, and how it makes money. Correct this first if ProfitJam has misunderstood the business, because the other sections build from it.
Offer records what you sell and what it costs. Positioning explains where that offer fits against the alternatives. Together with Value propositions and Differentiators, they give generated work a clear reason for a customer to choose you.
Audience describes who you are trying to reach. Segments separates distinct groups within that audience, while Objections records why they may hesitate and how your marketing should answer those concerns.
Brand voice describes how the business should sound. Customer language keeps useful words and phrases from real customers close to the writing process. Hard rules record claims, promises, words, or topics ProfitJam should avoid.
Warning: Hard rules help guide generation, but they do not replace legal, regulatory, or professional review of sensitive content.
Pillars are the themes your marketing returns to. Roster is the working list of topics inside those themes, and Teasers holds ideas for useful downloads that can attract new leads.
The remaining sections add practical direction around the core business facts:
ProfitJam also maintains supporting planning context behind these pages. You do not need to manage an internal data model: review the 17 sections shown in the Business Brain and correct the customer-facing information there.
Use Overview as the checklist. Answer any question shown beneath a section. Once a section is complete, select Refine, make the correction, and save it.
The saved value becomes the current version used by later generation. Content that already exists is not rewritten when you edit the Brain.
When Content Strategy becomes available, select Generate to create a private, branded 11-chapter PDF from the current Business Brain. Read it inside ProfitJam or use the PDF viewer to download and share it.
The strategy brings the business, goals, audience, offer, voice, content plan, seasonal direction, and website direction into one document. If it reveals a weak or incorrect section, correct that section in the Brain and open the strategy again. ProfitJam rebuilds an out-of-date copy from the new source, and Regenerate forces a fresh build.
The customer-facing overview contains 17 sections, grouped into Foundation, Audience, Offer, Voice & rules, and Content.
A section opens for refinement after ProfitJam has finished building it and the overview marks it complete. If a question is waiting, answer it in the overview first.
No. The edit guides later generation. Existing pages, posts, emails, and other content remain unchanged.
Yes, but Start over is a destructive reset. It deletes every section, saved version, question, and answer, and it cannot be undone. Use it only when you truly need to rebuild the Brain from the beginning.
