Connect TikTok and YouTube to send a finished video from one ProfitJam social post. Choose either channel or both, check which copy each one will receive, then publish immediately or place the video into your schedule.
TikTok and YouTube are video channels in this workflow. A social post needs an attached video before either channel can be selected for publishing.
Each connection publishes to the account authorized during connection. You can also use Connect beside TikTok or YouTube from the publish window if the channel is not connected yet.
Tip: Check the account shown during authorization carefully, especially when you manage more than one TikTok profile or YouTube channel.
The same attached video is used for the TikTok and YouTube placements. If there is no video attached, ProfitJam keeps both channels unavailable and shows Attach a video first.
In the publish window, select TikTok, YouTube, or both. ProfitJam shows the copy source and character count below each selected channel:
The TikTok version is used as the video caption. For YouTube, the selected copy becomes the description; when no separate title is saved, the first non-empty line becomes the video title.
Review the source badge and character count for both channels. ProfitJam blocks confirmation when the copy is longer than the channel limit.
After selecting the connected channels, choose how the post should go out:
Review the resolved time shown in the publish window, then confirm. ProfitJam creates a separate placement for TikTok and YouTube, so each channel can report its own progress or error.
Warning: Publish now starts sending the video immediately to every selected channel. Confirm the selected accounts, video, and copy before the final click. After a video is published, manage its visibility or removal directly in TikTok or YouTube.
Open the social post to see the status for each selected channel. A placement can show as scheduled, publishing, published, or failed.
Publishing and video processing take place separately on each platform, so one channel can finish before the other.
Open Reports > Overview to review social reach and engagement. ProfitJam collects TikTok views, likes, comments, and shares, and YouTube views, likes, and comments, then includes them in the social results.
Platform results are not instant. They appear after TikTok or YouTube returns the video statistics and ProfitJam completes its results collection.
Yes. Attach one video, select both channels in the publish window, and confirm. ProfitJam creates and tracks a separate placement for each channel.
Yes, when the post has a saved platform-specific version. The publish window shows Adapted variant for that channel. Otherwise, it shows Will use canonical text and publishes the main copy.
No. ProfitJam's TikTok and YouTube publishing workflow requires an attached video.
The other channel continues independently. Open the post to see the error for the failed placement and retry it after correcting the problem.
Manage a published video's visibility or removal in TikTok or YouTube. ProfitJam's status panel is used to track publishing, cancel a future placement, or retry a failed one.
