Schedule brings your dated blog posts, emails, and social placements into one working view. You can see what is still being prepared, what is booked to publish, what has gone live, and what needs attention—whether the content stands alone or belongs to a campaign.
Open Schedule from the sidebar, then choose the view that fits the job:
In Month or Week view, use the arrows to move through dates or select Today to return to the current period. In List view, choose a range such as This week, Next 7 days, This month, or All time.
Every dated destination is its own calendar entry. A social post prepared for several networks can therefore appear more than once, with a separate date, time, and status for each network.
Use the status tabs to read the plan:
Important: A date on a Draft is a planning suggestion, not a publishing instruction. Open the item, review it, and select Publish before it can go live.
Select All, Draft, Scheduled, Published, or Failed to focus on one stage. Use the channel filter to show or hide Social, Blog, and Email entries; when social destinations are present, you can narrow Social to individual networks.
Search by content text, title, campaign, or campaign angle. The filters work across Month, Week, and List views.
In Month or Week view, select an entry to open its editor, or pause over it to see its details and actions. In List view, select the row to open its action menu.
The actions change with the placement's status:
If a failed attempt might already be visible on the destination, choose Open and check the per-destination status and the live channel before retrying. This helps prevent a duplicate post.
Select Create to start a New blog post, New email, or New social post and continue in its editor. You can also choose AI-generated post to prepare a draft from a short description, or Campaign to plan a related series from your brief.
Generated content stays in review. Open each piece, make any changes, and use its Publish action when you are ready to send it now or place it on the schedule.
Each selected social destination is tracked separately. That lets the same post use different times and statuses for different networks.
Campaign planning can give a draft a suggested slot so you can see the intended cadence. It remains a draft until you open it and make a publishing choice.
No. Cancel stops that scheduled placement and removes it from the calendar. The underlying content remains available to edit and publish again.
Yes. Choose Reschedule on the failed entry and select a future time. Choose Retry now only when you want another attempt immediately.
