Payouts gives you a focused view of the money moving from your connected Stripe account to your bank. You can see what is available, what is still pending, review recent payouts, and open a payout to understand the activity behind it.

Before you start

Connect Stripe and complete its account setup before you can review balances or payouts. Stripe may ask for business, identity, and bank information as part of onboarding.

Connect Stripe

1. Open Payouts from the left navigation.
2. Select Connect your bank account for payouts.
3. Complete the steps Stripe shows, then return to ProfitJam.

If setup is incomplete, Payouts shows Complete your bank setup instead. Select it to return to Stripe and finish the outstanding steps.

Read your balances

Once Stripe is connected, Payouts shows two current balance views:

• Available balance is the amount Stripe currently marks as available for payout.
• Pending balance is money that Stripe is still processing before it becomes available.

Timing depends on the payment, your Stripe account, and the payout information Stripe supplies.

Review recent payouts

The payout history shows up to 25 of the most recent payouts returned by Stripe. Each row shows the payout's creation date, amount and currency, current status, destination, and an arrival or completion date when Stripe supplies one.

Select a row to open the payout detail.

Understand a payout

The payout detail connects the total to the balance activity behind it. Depending on the payout, you may see:

• Customer charges and payments.
• Refunds.
• Stripe fees.
• Adjustments and other Stripe balance activity.
• A link to the matching ProfitJam order when one can be identified.

Each line shows its gross amount, fee, and net contribution. The top of the page also shows the payout amount, currency, status, creation date, destination, and arrival date when available.

ProfitJam loads up to 100 activity lines at a time. If the payout contains more, select Load more to append the next set.

Note: When Load more is available, the gross, fees, and net summary reflects one loaded set rather than an all-pages total. Use the activity rows or Stripe Dashboard when reconciling the complete payout.

Open Stripe Dashboard

Select View Dashboard from the connected-account section to open your Stripe account. Use Stripe Dashboard for account details and payout controls that Stripe manages directly.

Common questions

Why is money still pending?

Stripe has not marked it as available yet. Processing time can vary by payment and account, so open Stripe Dashboard if you need the underlying Stripe status.

Where can I review older payouts?

ProfitJam shows up to 25 recent payouts on this screen. Open Stripe Dashboard to review older payout history.

What do the payout statuses mean?

The status follows the current information returned by Stripe. A payout can be pending or processing before it completes, and a payout that cannot complete can show as failed.

Why does a payout detail have a Load more button?

One payout can contain more than 100 balance activity lines. Select Load more until the activity you need is visible.

Where do I update my bank or Stripe account details?

Open Payouts, then select View Dashboard. ProfitJam creates a secure Stripe Dashboard link for the connected account.
