Connect LinkedIn once, then choose whether each post goes out from your personal profile or an eligible Company Page. ProfitJam keeps the writing, platform version, destination, schedule, post status, supported comments, and results attached to the same content item.

Connect LinkedIn

Open Integrations, find LinkedIn, and select Connect. Sign in to the LinkedIn account you want to use and approve the requested access.

That one login can expose:

• Your personal LinkedIn profile.
• Company Pages that the profile administers.

You do not make a separate ProfitJam connection for each Page. Instead, you choose one author for each publish under Post as.

If a Company Page is not listed, first confirm that the LinkedIn profile you connected administers it. A connection made before ProfitJam added Company Page access may also need to be reconnected.

Prepare a LinkedIn post

Open Content, choose Social, and create or open a social post.

In Write, prepare the central message and optional image. Turn on LinkedIn under Channels, then open Adapt & Review to create or edit the LinkedIn version. ProfitJam publishes the LinkedIn version when one exists and otherwise uses the central message.

Current LinkedIn publishing supports:

• A text-only post.
• Text with one image.
• A link share when the content carries a destination link and no image is attached.

LinkedIn text must stay within 3,000 characters. If both an image and a separate destination link are present, the image post takes precedence; include the URL in the post text when it also needs to be visible.

Note: Native LinkedIn video publishing is not available yet. If the post has a video but no image, the Publish screen warns that LinkedIn will receive the text without the video.

Choose where and when to publish

Select Publish, turn on LinkedIn, and use Post as to choose the personal profile or Company Page for this post. ProfitJam will not publish or schedule LinkedIn until an author is selected.

Choose one of the available timing options:

• Publish now sends the post immediately.
• ASAP uses the next available slot while respecting quiet hours and LinkedIn spacing.
• Blend with my schedule finds a suitable gap in the existing queue and uses ProfitJam's current LinkedIn timing guidance.
• Pick a time uses the date and time you choose.

Review the destination and resolved time, then confirm. A scheduled post keeps the selected Post as destination with it, so it publishes from the intended profile or Page when its time arrives.

After publishing, the social post shows its LinkedIn status and a link to the live post. If publishing fails because the connection has expired or been revoked, reconnect LinkedIn before retrying.

Bring Company Page comments into Inbox

After LinkedIn is connected, open Inbox > Channels and switch LinkedIn on. ProfitJam then checks for new comments on eligible LinkedIn posts that were published through ProfitJam.

Company Page posts are the supported comment workflow. New comments are checked about every 15 minutes, so they may not appear in Inbox immediately. Open a LinkedIn conversation in Inbox to review it, use the suggested draft if helpful, edit the reply, and send it.

Important: Every LinkedIn reply sent from ProfitJam's Inbox is posted as a Company Page, never as your personal profile. On a Company Page post, the Page that published the post supplies the reply identity.

Personal-profile comments have a separate LinkedIn restriction. ProfitJam can read them only when LinkedIn has granted ProfitJam that additional access, so they may not appear in Inbox. If one does appear, ProfitJam still replies as a Company Page. When the connection has no Company Page, or has several Pages and ProfitJam cannot determine which one should answer, reply directly on LinkedIn.

Measure LinkedIn activity

ProfitJam checks published LinkedIn posts daily for likes, first-level comments, and shares. Open Reports to see those actions included as Interactions under Social, alongside the rest of your organic social activity.

LinkedIn's current organic post response does not supply impressions or views to this collector. As a result, LinkedIn posts can add to Interactions without adding to People reached. Numbers are collected daily rather than in real time.

Reconnect LinkedIn

Reconnect when Post as does not show an eligible Company Page, or when ProfitJam reports that the LinkedIn connection has expired.

Open Integrations > Installed, find LinkedIn, open its actions menu, and choose Disconnect. Then return to the available integrations, connect LinkedIn again, and approve the requested access. Reopen the post and check Post as before publishing or rescheduling it.

Common questions

Can I publish to my profile and Company Page from one login?

Yes. One connected LinkedIn login can expose the personal profile and the Company Pages it administers. You choose one of those destinations for each publish.

Why is my Company Page missing?

Make sure the connected LinkedIn profile administers the Page. If it does, reconnect LinkedIn so the connection includes the current Company Page access, then reload the Post as list.

Can ProfitJam publish a LinkedIn video?

Not currently. Use text or one image for the LinkedIn version. A video-only attachment is omitted from the LinkedIn publish.

Why has a new comment not appeared in Inbox?

Confirm that LinkedIn is switched on under Inbox > Channels, that the post was published through ProfitJam, and that it was posted as a Company Page. Comment checks run on a schedule, and personal-profile comment access may not be available.

Can I reply as my personal profile from ProfitJam?

No. LinkedIn replies from ProfitJam's Inbox are sent as a Company Page. Reply on LinkedIn directly when the response must come from your personal profile.
