Keep the Business Brain current by changing the source information before you ask ProfitJam to create the next campaign, page, post, email, or document. A correction made in the Brain becomes the current version used by later generation.
ProfitJam loads the current Brain when you open a section. Saving creates a new current version of that section without rewriting content that already exists.
Important: Update the Business Brain directly when a business fact changes. Do not rely on a change made elsewhere in the workspace to replace this review step.
Review Offer, Positioning, Value propositions, and Differentiators. Remove an offer you no longer sell, correct pricing language, and make sure the promised outcome is still accurate.
Review Audience, Segments, and Objections. Make the audience specific enough that ProfitJam can choose relevant problems, examples, and calls to action.
Review Goals and How people buy. These sections tell ProfitJam what the marketing should work toward and whether customers usually buy immediately, sign up first, talk to someone, or follow your content before buying.
Review Brand voice, Brand look, Customer language, and Hard rules. Add new wording to use or avoid, update design direction, and record any new claims or promises that need careful handling.
Review Pillars, Roster, and Teasers. Keep the themes, topics, and lead-magnet ideas aligned with what the business wants to promote next.
After a meaningful set of changes, open Business Brain → Content Strategy. The private strategy PDF uses the Brain as its source, so it is a useful way to spot contradictions across the business, audience, offer, voice, content plan, seasonal direction, and website direction.
If the Brain has changed since the last PDF, opening the strategy rebuilds the out-of-date copy. Select Regenerate when you want to force a new build.
Tip: Correct a problem in the matching Business Brain section, not only in the finished PDF. The section is the source later generation reads.
Routine changes should be made section by section. Use Start over only when the entire Brain needs to be replaced, such as after repurposing a workspace for a different business.
Warning: Start over permanently deletes every Business Brain section, its saved version history, and its question-and-answer history. It cannot be undone.
Review it whenever a real business fact changes and before creating an important new body of work. There is no need to rewrite sections that are still accurate.
No. Existing content stays as it is. The updated Brain guides work generated after the edit.
Answer it in Business Brain → Overview. The question appears because that section needs more information before it can be treated as complete.
ProfitJam detects when one of the strategy's Business Brain sources has changed. The next time the PDF is requested, an out-of-date copy rebuilds from the current source. You can also select Regenerate.
Support answers in under a business day, and reads your workspace before replying.
