Brand voice tells ProfitJam how your business should sound. Review it once, make the guidance specific, and newly generated social posts, emails, and articles will start from the same recognizable style.
From your workspace, open Studio → Business Brain → Brand voice. ProfitJam drafts this section when it builds your Business Brain, then presents it as an editable document.
Read it as if you were briefing a writer. Check that it captures:
Tip: Read the guidance aloud. If it could describe almost any business, replace broad adjectives with concrete writing instructions.
Select Edit, change the prose, then select Save. Short, decisive instructions are easier to apply consistently than a long brand manifesto.
For example, describe sentence length, preferred vocabulary, how directly to address the reader, and how much enthusiasm feels right. Include a few phrases that fit and a few that do not.
Keep business facts and prices in their matching Business Brain sections. Brand voice should explain how ProfitJam writes, not become a second copy of the Offer.
Create a new post, email, or article and compare it with the voice guidance. If the result still feels too formal, too generic, or too enthusiastic, sharpen the instruction in Brand voice before generating the next piece.
Saving a change affects future generation. Content you created earlier stays as it was, so edit or regenerate that individual content separately when needed.
There is no separate regenerate action on the Brand voice page. Direct editing is the quickest way to improve this section without disturbing the rest of the Business Brain.
The Start over action at the bottom of Business Brain → Overview is different: it erases the whole Business Brain and returns to the first setup question. Use it only when you intend to rebuild every section, not to refresh one voice description.
Detailed enough that another writer could make the same choices you would. A short set of specific instructions usually works better than a long list of vague traits.
No. The current version guides newly generated work; existing content remains unchanged.
Yes. Each workspace has its own Business Brain, so separate brands can keep separate voice guidance.
