A brand template turns a design you already trust into a reusable starting point. Save the layout once, apply it to another design, then replace the message and imagery without rebuilding the visual system each time.
Open Settings → Branding to maintain your workspace's logos, brand colors, and typography. The Media editor makes saved colors and typography available while you design, so set these up before creating the template you want the team to reuse.
A template captures what is actually in the design. Add the logo, colors, type, imagery, and other elements you want preserved before saving it.
The new template appears in the gallery with a Yours label. Templates are shown for the kind of design currently open, so an image design shows image templates and a video design shows video templates.
Open the design you want to work on, then open Templates and select a template card.
Applying it replaces the current canvas with the template's canvas size, background, pages, layers, and other saved content. If the current design already contains work, ProfitJam asks you to confirm with Use template first. The replacement is one undoable edit, so choose Undo if you want the previous design back.
After applying the template, every part remains editable. Change the copy, images, colors, and layout for the new job while keeping the original template available for later use.
Important: Applying a template replaces the current design. If you want to preserve the current version separately, duplicate or export it before applying another template.
A saved template is a snapshot of the complete design at that moment, including its canvas dimensions and the concrete colors, type, images, and other elements used in it.
It is not a live link to Settings → Branding. Changing a logo, color, or typography setting later does not rewrite an existing template or designs already created from it. To refresh the template, update a design with the new brand choices and save that result as a new template.
Templates also stay within their design kind. ProfitJam does not automatically create image, video, or differently sized versions of the same template.
Find the template marked Yours, select its delete control, and confirm Delete. This removes it from your saved templates and cannot be undone. Designs already created from it remain separate editable designs.
No. Settings → Branding stores the workspace logos, but a saved template includes only the elements present in the design. Add the correct logo to the design before saving the template.
ProfitJam asks for confirmation when the open design already has content. On an empty design, it can apply the template immediately. You can still use Undo.
Not automatically. Apply or build the layout at the size you need, adjust the composition, and save that result as its own template when you want to reuse it.
